Individual

These are the most common methods of delivery. Sessions can be online or in person. These sessions are usually around an hour but can be tailored to suit your needs

Workshop

Specialised areas of performance are discussed. Sports teams or groups can request sessions on topics relevant to their needs. These can be given online and in person. These can involve coaches, parents, governing bodies and professional organisations 

Group

Group sessions work with a client and their support group. Usually this results in the individual with family and/or friends

Children & Young Adults

Children under 18 can access individual 1-to-1 sport psychology sessions or be accompanied by a guardian if both wish.

Initial Assessment

Using a range of methods, we discuss you and how we can help

Detailed Plan

A session plan is set up and agreed between the consultant and you. This outlines the expected number of sessions and what the focus will be

Adjustment and Re-evaluation

Throughout the process, we will constantly reassess the plan and whether it is working for you. Changes will be made if needed to help give you the best possible consultancy

Final Review

At the end of the sessions we review what was done and how it was achieved. We look to measure the effectiveness and how you have improved
