About Us

Powering Performance. Creating Confidence.

What can Sport Psychology do?

Sport Psychology does more than just aim to improve athletic performance. It can also support athletes with transitions and dealing with problems associated with injury or retirement. Sport psychology can include teaching athletes transferable skills that are used both in sport and also in surrounding family and work life. It is about developing interventions to enhance mental health among the athletic population. Ranging from elite athletes to beginners, professionals and novices, sport psychology helps improve enjoyment, performance and well-being and helps protect against future challenges.

Example focus areas:

  • Lack of Confidence
