Our aim is to increase access to sport psychology and help whoever needs it. We reach a range of athletes, from elite individuals to children looking to take their sport to the next level. Different ways Competitive Minds can help
Prevention
Sport psychology doesn’t have to be about fixing a problem. It can be very effective at preventing future issues and helping take your performance to the next level. For example, building mental toughness and resilience or learning how to handle pressure
Injury and Retirement
Looking to work with a sport psychologist is not limited to currently playing sport. Often, athletes can struggle the most when outside of their usual sporting experience. For example, recovering from an injury and/or facing the prospect of not playing sport again. We help athletes in these transition phases cope with their changing environment
How it works
Individual athletes, coaches, parents or teams can request psychology consultation through 1-to-1 sessions, tailored team sessions or workshops on key topics

Workshops
Sports teams or groups can request sessions on topics relevant to their needs. These can be given online and in person
Groups
